Zeerk sold with $60,000

I wrote a review about Zeerk. A service like Fiverr which everyone can sell and buy small service with rate various from $5 to $25. The site look good, because they know how to improve more quality and service with Fiverr lesson. I had sell some thing on Zeerk and feel good about them. Today, I see on Flippa the listing show Zeerk sold already. You can read at here http://more.sh/ljXqvi. It sold with price $60k. Wow, it look like a good deal for Zeerk owner, he develop the site and promote it within 2 months, now he sold it with $60,000. It look very success with his business. We hope the new owner will maintain and grow up more this website.
What do you feel about this? It is a good model for learning?
